After doing the update when I click on the diagnostic button it says 'diagnosis data is initialized, this process may take a few minutes, please the network flow!'

Always wait to do updates....... When i first got my tool i would update as soon as i saw something new. I learned to watch the forums and read what others had to comment. New updates are not always a good thing. If the tool is working well for you then why screw it up. Always back up prev versions before installing new updates. Beware of system updates. You cannot go back on the system update. I stopped updating in aug last year before the oct system update that made all previous versions useless. I have never had a system problem. I can run early versions of software. Just because they have a new update does not mean you have to download it. I see a lot of system problems lately on the forum. I am glad i stopped updating when i did. This will not fix the problem you have now but may help you in the future.

So, you mean we should not update this tool?

To the OP, you trying to enter diagnostics while updating the diagnostic software, that will not work.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I am not saying you should not update your tool. All I was saying was wait a little and see before you update. If your software is missing or damaged of course you need to reinstall it.  Many of us have gone from a good tool to a paperweight after an update. I see many system problem posts lately but not many answers.
